on the road

a little update from LA!  this road trip has been amazing!!  so much to take in!  I'm a little overwhelmed right now.  A little drained.  We have driven through 11 states (including GA) in 5 days, with stops in Oklahoma City, Albuquerque, the Grand Canyon, Vegas and LA.    The grand canyon is too gorgeous for words.  Maura and I took a helicopter ride over it.  Wow, just wow.  We also have another lovely lady traveling with us, Mary, who is awesome.  I have so enjoyed getting to know her!!
