2 awesome things-

1. This morning when taking the recyclables to the curb, I noticed this-  if you can't tell, the object of interest here is the for-sale sign in the yard across the street.  This house has been vacant since I moved in over a year and a half ago. The possibility of someone actually living there is very exciting. 







2.  I found this.
